We Just Lowered the price of two of our rewards.
You can now book CADDYWHOMPUS & ALL PEOPLE in summer of 2013 for $300 instead of $350. The veggie pot luck reward has been lowerd to $375 as well. The show is all paid for and counts as the “guarantee”. We will show up at your house or space and put on a rad show. We can play electric or acoustic depending on the situation. The admission can be free, or donation based, a private show or open to friends / the public to come and see us play. It’s all up to you. We posted our official kickstarter campaign for the COMMUNITY RECORDS VEGGIE OIL VAN one week ago today. We have raised $1,209 of our $7,500 goal. We have a bit to go and 37 days to do it. We are going to go around New Orleans posting the flier that you see above at coffee shops, record stores, and at shows very soon. We know that with your help we can make this thing a reality.
This van is much more than just a vehicle to us. It is the opportunity to travel with out the heavy moral, environmental, societal, and financial weight of using gasoline to travel. Touring is one of our main passions, we want to get out on the road even more than we have been in the past. This veggie oil van will be the conduit to make this dream come true.
YOU are our main source of commutation on this project & the only way this project can happen. If you have a few minutes, please tell some friends via social networking, or at shows, or work / school / family members, who ever you think might have interest in supporting this endeavor. If you run or have access to a blog or any press, please get posts there if possible. We need all the help we can get.
