TOMORROW, Wed. Sep. 26th at Noon, Kermit Ruffins is holding a meeting at his Speakeasy Restaurant & Bar (1535 Basin St.) in the Treme.
“I’m calling a meeting on Wednesday at noon at the Speakeasy to discuss a plan of action to stop the city from taking live entertainment away from small clubs. Any lawyers that can help please come by noon sharp!!!!! Lunch on me. Thanks. Love y’all.”
We will be bringing our Fliering Proposal to add to the discussion, in case anyone wants to sign/discuss other ideas.
