It’s difficult for me to wrap my brain around what happened this past weekend, friday during the registration we took a few pictures of the happenings. We had a table set up where we were passing out com rec fliers, free LOLLIES CDS, and selling some merch for super cheap. We did great! We (zach quinn, rob landry, and I) passed out about 1,000 fliers and talked to so many people. + We sold stuff which surprised the heck out of me. Great day.

After having driven to Gainesville from New Orleans and arriving at 6am. We woke up at 9am to start tabling. We got over there and set up and were ready to go before people started rushing in. There was a solid line of people registering from 12noon to 7am. It seemed as if there must have been 4 or 5 thousand people there! We talked to as many as we could spreading the gospel of free downloads and positive minded ideas. I was literally too tired to see any music after all of that, so my experience seeing music didn’t start till saturday. I saw RIVIR. IRON CHIC, BRIDGE AND TUNNEL, DEFIANCE OHIO, TOYS THAT KILL, DILLINGER FOUR, SCREAMING FEMALES, AND BOMB THE MUSIC INDUSTRY all that day. Had the time of my life seeing most of these bands. Everyone played so well. There were so many other great bands to see, but there was no way to catch them all. During Dillinger Four I got kicked in the head, people were falling on me the whole time, I was singing along, and managed to crowd surf for a while, great times. We hung with the WE ARE THE UNION dudes for a bit. AARON HIBBERT & a ton of friends from the northeast were there and I slept in until 1pm the next day. We caught YOUNG///SAVAGE & the MENZINGERS the next day and ZACH & I drove home a bit early. Today D-ray and I are getting our halloween costumes prepared to be ADVENTURE TIME. I’ll be Jake and he will be Finn. My girlfriend Ayn is being Lady Rainicorn. YEAH!
