The Best of the Worst is a hardcore ska band based out of New Jersey that has been around since 2005. We first met these dudes touring in the northeast back in 2008 after they had released their first EP, Quarter Life Crisis. Since then, they have never ceased to impress with their live shows, friendship, and releases: another EP, Calling from the Grave and two splits, 7-10 Split w/ Tomahawk Chop and Triple Threat, a three-way UK split.
After a few line up changes, the band hit the studio with their long time engineer to record their first full length album, Perspectives. It is stocked with a full, seasoned horn section and a solid rhythm section that brings the bands current head count to seven members. If you haven’t had the chance to catch them live, make it a priority when they come to your town. Perspectives is available on CD and free digital download from Community Records.
