The Rooks are out to have fun and hope that you will join them on their pop-punk, 13 minute musical celebration of simplicity. The goal of their songs is to send a positive minded message.
The Rooks are a New Orleans based band comprised of Brian Pretus (The Lollies) on guitar and backup vocals, Rob Landry (Rabbit, Marathon) on drums, and Greg Rodrigue (Fatter Than Albert) on bass and lead vocals. For the band mates, this side project is an easy way to have fun. These songs were recorded by James Whitten of the Ghostwood (who’s album is available for free through Community Records as well) this album was released on a 7 inch vinyl, you can order it for $4 + shipping HERE
